In respect of the prestigious Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Annual Conference holding in Enugu around the same period, Eastwing Aviation shifts its historic summit to new dates, urging Southeast stakeholders to seize sponsorship opportunities for youths and industry hopefuls.

Eastwing Aviation Institute and its subsidiary, Eastwing Youth Foundation, have officially rescheduled the highly anticipated Southeast Aviation Competition and Summit – Face of Eastwing/Southeast Aviation Summit – to September 19 and 20, 2025. The venue remains Tekknopolis Event Center, 41 Colliery Avenue, off Okpara GRA, Enugu.

The adjustment, according to the organisers, was made in recognition of the prestigious Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Annual Conference, a national event of high repute that will also be held in Enugu around the same period. Many of Eastwing’s invited dignitaries, policymakers, and stakeholders are expected at both landmark events.

“To ensure the full participation of federal aviation leaders, airline executives, and our partners, we strategically shifted the summit dates to avoid any clash with the NBA Conference,” explained Christian Agadibe, Executive Director of Eastwing Youth Foundation.

A Golden Opportunity for the Southeast

The Southeast Aviation Summit 2025 will be the first of its kind in the region, bringing together aviation professionals, investors, government officials, industry hopefuls, and young talents from across Nigeria. The two-day event will feature keynote speeches, networking sessions, and the grand finale of the Aviation Competition, an initiative celebrating youth innovation and passion for aviation and hospitality.

Eastwing Aviation has called on all individuals, organisations, and corporate bodies in the Southeast to leverage this unique opportunity by sponsoring eligible youths and participants to attend the summit and training programmes offered by the institute.

“This is more than just a summit; it is a platform to empower the next generation of aviation leaders in Nigeria. We urge well-meaning individuals and companies to seize this chance to sponsor talented youths who can benefit immensely from this exposure,” Agadibe added.

Registrations and Sponsorships Remain Valid

All previous registrations, sponsorship agreements, and media partnerships remain valid and will roll over to the new dates without disruption. The organisers will also use the extended timeline to enhance logistics, expand national and international visibility, and enrich the attendee experience.

Industry stakeholders, aviation enthusiasts, corporate sponsors, and the media are encouraged to save the new dates – September 19-20, 2025 – for this historic Southeast Aviation Summit.
