To the wife of my youth, mother of my lovely children and a ministry help to me, I wish u a happy birthday.

Amaka my wife, u make the difficult tasks of missionary work to remote areas easy by ur selflessness, continued prayers and soothing words when I can’t get grip of the reason why lies, hate, wickedness come from places and people that are supposedly serving God of truth, love and kindness.

You are beautiful in and out and have the grace of patience to manage my demand for perfection despite my imperfection. You are rare treasure. You are a woman of few words. You seldom complain. U ve gift of smile even in our toughest times. U make the home lovely to me & welcoming to all visitors especially those that are hurting.

God bless ur new age and give u greater blessings than u ever prayed for. May I remind u that my friends were worried about my poor tolerance skill set and my parents were worried about my impatience when I told them I was entering into marriage. U made them see a different man even before my sojourn to the ministry.

Thank u again and again. I wish I could do so much in material gifts, but in my usual brazen honesty, I will keep my promise as God help us all out of the quagmire of a broken nation and broken leadership that is bent on making good men look like infidels.

Happy birthday.
