A contestant in the Ada Ndi Igbo pageant and current holder of Igbo pageant prize of ‘Ada Nkanu’, Miss Mmasichukwu Evangel Edeh, has pledged to regenerate the dying culture of Ndi Igbo as well support education and skill acquisition for the less privileged in rural communities, if she wins the contest.
Mmasichukwu who is contestant #16 is full of praises and appreciation for the organizers of the the pageant, Ndi Igbo United Forum, says she will partner the organizers in fashioning out projects that would benefit the the vulnerable ones in local communities.

Ada Nkanu Mmasichukwu Evangel Ede who hails from Akpugo in Nkanu West Local Government Area, Enugu State, is a graduate of Agric Economist from University of Nigeria Nsukka, is humbly soliciting for your kind vote to make her victorious in the contest.
Ada Nkanu Mmasichukwu Edeh while requesting the public to always support projects by Ndi Igbo United Forum said, “I am participating in this contest because I am a lover and good promoter of the Igbo culture. Having done some other contests over the years too, I strongly believe that I have all it takes to reflect the true essence of beauty and to represent the Igbo tribe at large positively.
“As I have always prayed and equally worked towards having an opportunity to share love among my brethren, by the grace of God, if I become the winner of this pageant, I will use this platform to revitalize the Igbo cultural heritage such as our local dishes, Igbo attire, Igbo language, writing, and cultural dance.
“I will encourage education and skills (acquisition) especially for the poor in rural communities, run many pet projects that will be of absolute benefit to the vulnerable ones, and lots more with the help of the organizers.
“I am humbly pleading that the general public consider me fit for this position, support me, and vote for me to qualify and win the crown, as I will be a good ambassador of the Igbo nation.”
