House gift from businessman Obi Cubana to Pastor Jerry Eze has become a major highlight of the cleric’s 44th birthday, with the property expected to be completed by December.
Businessman Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has announced a house gift for Pastor Jerry Eze to mark the popular cleric’s 44th birthday.
Iyiegbu made the announcement on Saturday, August 22, 2026, as he celebrated Eze, the founder of Streams of Joy International and convener of New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPPD).
Describing Eze as one of his “most amazing brothers,” Obi Cubana praised the pastor for his prayers, support and service to humanity.
“Today, I present you this house that will be ready by December as an appreciation for all you do,” he said.
In a video accompanying the announcement, Obi Cubana disclosed that the birthday gift was the fulfilment of a personal commitment he made earlier in the year.
According to the businessman, Eze visited one of his properties in January, prompting him to make a private commitment to complete one of the buildings and present it to the pastor on his next birthday.
He said construction was still ongoing but expressed confidence that the property would be completed soon.
Obi Cubana said the house was being presented in recognition of Eze’s “work of God” and his service to humanity.
