Enugu Air has launched a new official website, enuguairlines.ng, as part of efforts to improve passengers’ access to its online services and provide a more convenient digital experience.
The airline announced the development in a statement, saying the migration would make it easier for passengers and prospective travellers to connect with Enugu Air and access services including flight bookings, schedules and operational updates.
“We’ve moved! We’re innovating! We’ve migrated to a better, safer and convenient website to connect you to the world,” the airline said.
The new website currently provides access to Enugu Air’s flight-booking platform and timetable, while also offering information about its routes and other passenger services.
The airline described enuguairlines.ng as its new digital home and urged passengers to save the address and use it for bookings, checking flight schedules and obtaining the latest information about its operations.
“Same Enugu Air. New web address,” the airline stated, stressing that the change affects its digital platform while retaining the Enugu Air brand and services.
Enugu Air’s website also provides dedicated sections for passenger feedback, refunds and other customer-service needs, alongside information about the airline and its destinations.
The airline advised passengers to visit enuguairlines.ng for flight-related information and online services.
It further stated that its former website, enuguairlines.com, has been discontinued and is no longer in use.
