INEC IReV Portal: 95% of Anambra 2025 Election Results Uploaded, CommendableÂ

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that over 95 per cent of results from the Anambra 2025 governorship election have been successfully uploaded on its INEC IReV portal.
Checks on the commission’s portal on Saturday showed steady progress in electronic result transmission from polling units across the 21 local government areas of the state.
According to available data, out of the 5,720 polling units indicated on the platform, results from 5,472 polling units have already been uploaded – a record that underscores INEC’s improved efficiency and adoption of digital tools for credible elections.
INEC reaffirmed that the results uploaded on the INEC IReV portal remain secured, transparent, and verifiable, in line with its commitment to electoral integrity and public accountability.
Observers and election monitors have praised the development, noting that the speed and transparency of uploads on the INEC IReV portal represent a major leap forward in Nigeria’s election technology and data management.
