Abuja, November 6, 2025 – President Bola Tinubu on Thursday swore in two new ministers – Dr. Bernard Doro from Plateau State and Dr. Kingsley Tochukwu Udeh (SAN) from Enugu State – charging them to bring innovation, efficiency, and renewed dedication to national service.

Who the New Ministers Are
Dr. Bernard Doro, who hails from Plateau State, replaces Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, elected National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in July 2025.
Dr. Doro is a multidisciplinary professional with a strong academic and leadership background. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Jos, an LL.B in Law from University College London (UCL), an MBA in Information Technology and Business Strategy from the University of Leicester, and an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice from Anglia Ruskin University.
He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and an MPhil in Leadership and Management at the Catholic University of Murcia, Spain.
A dedicated party stalwart, Dr. Doro previously served as the Financial Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), United Kingdom Chapter. His appointment is viewed as an asset to the Federal Executive Council given his cross-sectoral expertise and global experience.
Dr. Kingsley Tochukwu Udeh (SAN), from Enugu State, was nominated to replace Uche Nnaji, who resigned on October 7, 2025. A legal luminary and governance reform advocate, Udeh holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nigeria (2005) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006.
He earned a Doctor of Laws (LL.D) in Public Law from Stellenbosch University, South Africa, and an LL.M in Public International Law from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.

Before his ministerial nomination, Udeh served as the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice of Enugu State, where he spearheaded far-reaching judicial and governance reforms.
