Abakaliki – Ebonyi State Commissioner for Infrastructure for Concession, Engr. Fidelis Nweze who was announced dead yesterday by the state government is rumoured to have resurrected.
This development in a viral video has thrown sympertizers and (before now) mourners into a state of confusion and surprise as people are seen trooping in and out of his official residence in Abakaliki.
The video which did not show the dead commissioner said to have resurrected only has people going in and out of the residence.
However, a source who spoke to GMTNews on condition of anonymity said the pastor of the church (names withheld) where Engr. Nweze worshiped had, on hearing the circumstances surrounding his death, requested for his body be brought to him as he (the pastor) did not believe he was dead.
Ebonyi State Government had announced the death of the Commissioner as a result of injuries he sustained in an auto crash, and declared Wednesday, June 23, 2021, a work free day and for flags to fly at half mast throughout the state, and further directed the state’s chapter of Christian Association of Nigeria CAN, to embark on fasting.
