…Says Enugu Assembly needs robust representation
The fire of the aphorism which has taken roots lately among the young ones in Nigeria – “It is youth o’clock” may have caught up with many areas especially as activities leading to the 2023 general elections intensify.
Nkanu West State Constituency of the Enugu State House of Assembly is one among many of such constituencies which have had very poor representation since 1999.
Inspired to bring a positive change and robust representation in the Enugu State House of Assembly, focused and vibrant youth, Director, Ju-ese Foundation, and Chairman / Chief Executive Officer of Zerus group of Companies, Mr. Christopher Chukwunonso Ani, has thrown his hat into the ring to contest for Nkanu West State Constituency seat at the Enugu State House of Assembly, come 2023.
Mr. Chukwunonso whose company imports and distributes auto spare parts said recently in Agbani, the Headquarters of Nkanu West Local Government Area, that the era of dormancy in Assembly representation for Nkanu West State constituency was over. He noted that he was offering himself to positively change the negative narratives of lackluster representation of his constituency.
Addressing his mammoth supporters made up largely of youths of the area, Chukwunonso who hinted that he would bring a new lease of hope and joy to the constituency, said that he was a perfect blend between the youth and the not very young.

The young business mogul who is contesting on the platform of People’s Democratic party (PDP), praised the unrelenting efforts of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi in ensuring that peace reigned in Enugu State.
He assured his teaming supporters of sponsoring people-centered motion on the floor of the House if he was elected.
Bobbling with enormous drive for job creation, the young aspirant added that he would sponsor a private member bill to make it mandatory for the state government to establish industries in all the federal constituencies in the state to activate the state’s economy and provide jobs for the unemployed youths of Enugu State.
