Ogbu-Nwobodo Rallies Nkanu West Voters for APC, Commends Mbah’s Leadership
The Enugu State Commissioner for Trade, Investment and Industry, Dr. Sam Ogbu-Nwobodo, has called on the people of Nkanu West Local Government Area to support the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming local government election, describing the party’s growing presence in the area as a product of grassroots mobilisation and effective leadership.
Ogbu-Nwobodo made the call during the APC campaign tour of Agbani, Amurri and Amodu, where he joined party leaders and supporters in canvassing votes for the party’s candidates. He expressed satisfaction with the large turnout and enthusiasm of residents, describing the reception as evidence of growing grassroots support for the APC.
The Commissioner, who described himself as a son of Nkanu land, said the enthusiasm witnessed across the communities reflected the people’s increasing identification with the party and its programmes. He urged voters to sustain the momentum and translate their support into votes on election day.
Ogbu-Nwobodo also commended Governor Peter Mbah for what he described as transformative reforms and development initiatives across Enugu State. According to him, the administration’s achievements have continued to reposition the state and enhance its visibility nationally.
