The crisis rocking the opposition Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, has taken a new turn as a High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has restrained Uche Secondus from parading himself as the National Chairman of the party.
The order was given by the State High Court in Degema local government area of Rivers while granting the experte order brought before it by some aggrieved members of the party.
Justice O. Gbasam who granted the order also approved the suspension of Secondus as a member of the party pending the hearing and determination of motion on notice for interlocutory injunction.
