Ogbuekwe takes APC grassroots mobilisation to Eke Nomeh and Eke Nkerefi, urging PVC protection and support for Peter Mbah and APC candidates.
The APC chairmanship candidate for Nkanu East Local Government Area, Engr. Mike Ogbuekwe, has intensified his grassroots mobilisation campaign with visits to Eke Nomeh and Eke Nkerefi, urging residents to protect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and participate actively in the forthcoming elections.
Ogbuekwe, who interacted directly with residents and community stakeholders during the visits, said effective grassroots mobilisation remained critical to sustaining the development momentum in Nkanu East and Enugu State. He stressed that political participation should go beyond election-day voting to include informed engagement with candidates and issues affecting communities.
The APC candidate also called on the people of Nkanu East to support Governor Peter Mbah for another term, describing continuity as essential to consolidating the administration’s ongoing development agenda across Enugu State. According to Ogbuekwe, sustained development requires political stability and a strong partnership between government and the people at the grassroots.
He further canvassed support for other APC candidates, including Hon. Nnoli Nnaji for the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Okey Mbah for the Enugu State House of Assembly, and Senator Kevin Chukwu for the Senate. Ogbuekwe said electing candidates who share a common development vision would strengthen representation and improve coordination between communities and the various levels of government.
Ogbuekwe maintained that the strength of any political organisation ultimately rests on its connection with the people, urging residents to reject political apathy and make their votes count.
