Transformational Leadership… Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, has received glowing commendations from the Executive Chairman of the Enugu State Internal Revenue Service (ESIRS), Emmanuel Ekene Nnamani, as the administration marks its third anniversary in office.
Nnamani, in a goodwill message released on Thursday, described Mbah’s leadership as transformational, visionary, and deliberately focused on repositioning Enugu State for sustainable economic growth, infrastructural renewal, and institutional efficiency.
The ESIRS chairman said the last three years had witnessed “deliberate reforms, infrastructural renewal, and a data-driven approach to governance” that had continued to reshape the development trajectory of the state. According to him, the administration’s commitment to fiscal discipline and innovation in public service delivery has created a new governance culture in Enugu.
He further noted that Governor Mbah’s policies had strengthened investor confidence and expanded the economic base of the state, adding that the administration had demonstrated what purposeful leadership could achieve within a short period of time.

“Your administration’s focus on fiscal discipline, innovation in public service delivery, and the expansion of the state’s economic base has set a clear benchmark for purposeful leadership,” Nnamani stated in the message celebrating the governor’s third anniversary in office.
The revenue chief also reaffirmed the commitment of the Enugu State Internal Revenue Service to supporting the governor’s vision of building a self-sustaining and prosperous economy through improved internally generated revenue and institutional reforms.
“The progress recorded so far reflects what becomes possible when leadership is intentional and institutions are aligned with a shared mandate,” he said, while assuring the governor of the agency’s continued support toward consolidating the gains already achieved under the administration.
Nnamani prayed for greater accomplishments in the years ahead, expressing optimism that the Mbah administration would continue to deliver deeper development across communities in Enugu State and sustain policies capable of driving long-term prosperity and transformational leadership for the people.
