Kano State Police Command is searching for relatives of a 16-year-old boy from Spain, Alex Ansol, who was found wandering in Doguwa Local Government Area after losing contact with his family.

The Police Command in Kano State is searching for relatives of a 16-year-old boy from Spain, Alex Ansol, who was found wandering in Dadin Kowa Village in Doguwa Local Government Area.

The command’s spokesperson, CSP Abdullahi Kiyawa, disclosed this in a statement issued on Sunday in Kano.

Kiyawa said the teenager arrived in Nigeria from Spain on March 30 with four relatives through the Abuja International Airport.

According to him, the boy was travelling to Kano to visit his father, identified as Ansol Fan, but lost contact with his relatives along the Jos–Saminaka road.

He described the boy as thin, black in complexion, and able to speak English, adding that he has no tribal marks.

The statement noted that the boy gave his address as Barsa Rub, Opposite 46 Stadium, Spain.

The police urged anyone with useful information about his relatives to contact the command via 07038363421 or report to the Office of the Police Public Relations Officer, Kano State Command.
