The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has published the names of candidates of political parties who will participate in the Anambra state governorship election scheduled for November 6. Prominent among them are Prof. Chukwuma Soludo of APGA whom INEC claimed was listed based on the order of court, and Chief Ben Etiaba, candidate for the AA Party.
Other candidates whose names were published include: Chidozie Nwankwo- AAC, Col Geoff Onyejegbu – APM, Afam Ezenwafor – NRM, Obinna Uzoh – SDP, Obiora Okonkwo – ZLP, and Godwin Maduka – Accord Party.
Analysts say the last may not have been heard about the Anambra governoship election as court decisions may likely affect the process. (GMTNews)
